It is made of 100% Cotton Fabric, 100% Border of Blue, 100% Cotton Fringes and is sewn with 100% cotton thread!
This skirt features an elastic waist band and "draw-string" design (also 100% cotton)- which can be adjusted to your desired need. Please check out size chart in pictures to select the right fit.
